At Smartlife Domotica, we believe in the quality of our products and want our customers to be satisfied. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchased product, we offer a money-back guarantee.

We hope you're happy with our products, but if not, feel free to contact our customer service. We will do our best to provide a solution and ensure your satisfaction.

Right of withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once we have received the return shipment or you have provided proof of return, you will receive a full refund of the order amount including original shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days of your return notification.

The cost of returning the product from your address to our webshop is at your own expense. These shipping costs typically start at €5.95 per package.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, please return the product – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories. If the product is damaged or the packaging shows more wear than necessary to assess or resell the product, we may charge a depreciation fee. So please handle the product with care and ensure proper packaging when returning.

In such cases, we are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution – such as an exchange or offering an alternative. When we agree on a solution, such as a replacement, we will send a return label in advance – of course at our expense.
